The following series of street portraits took place on a significant day in the history of Scotland. After four months, many were able to turn to the barbers and hairdressers of Dundee, to get their first professional snip in months (and in some cases, years).
The project was featured in The Courier on 17th July 2020.
I must extend a huge thank you to 'Gents Hairdressers' on 52 Strathmartine Road, Dundee, and to all of their clients that participated, and not to forget the few passers by I have also included in the collection.
I hope you enjoy this record of this signicant day in Dundee's history. If you're in one of the photographs, and want a copy, drop me an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll get that sorted for you free of charge. Thank you.
